A simple, savory casserole that is always a hit with the kids. A great way to get them to eat broccoli!
|1||Pound||chicken breasts (boneless, chopped)|
|1||Can||broccoli & cheese soup|
|1 1⁄2||Cup||cheddar (shredded)|
Saute chicken in a skillet with a bit of butter until fully cooked. Set aside.
Warm frozen broccoli in skillet until heated through.
Combine soup, milk and 1 cup of the cheese. Add chicken and broccoli. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, then spread fried onions over the cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
