A very basic and classic appetiser which leave the guests wanting more!

Ingredients

6 eggs
1 mayo (as needed)
1Pinchpaprika

Instructions

Boil eggs (1 per serving) until fully hardened. Allow to cool or run under cold water. Peel the eggs and cut into halves. Scoop out the yolk into a bowl and put the rest of the egg on a plate. When you've scooped all the yolks into the bowl then mix with the appropriate amount of mayo (this depends on how much you'd prefer). Mix the yolk/mayo mix until creamy. Put a spoonful of the mayo/yolk mix into each of the empty eggs and top off each egg with a sprinkle of paprika.
