Very easy and quick to prepare with few inredients but very tasty!
|1||Package||spaghetti (or linguine or tagliatelle)|
|olive oil (good quality)|
|1||Bunch||parsley (finely chopped or dried flakes)|
|parmesan cheese (or mature cheddar)|
Cook pasta according to directions on the packet.
Meanwhile heat 2 tables spoons of the olive oil in a non stick pan. Add the crushed garlic, herbs & chili if using, and cook on a low heat for a couple of minutes until the aroma starts to fill the room.
Add the cooked pasta and toss in the pan til well coated in the mixture and starting to sizzle. Add plenty of freshly ground sea salt and black pepper.
Serve immediately, topped with grated cheese.
A nice green salad goes well with this.
