Description: 

Fluffy, baked popover (or toad in the hole-like!) pancake which can be eaten as a dessert or a savoury!

Preparation time: 

5 minutes

Ingredients: 

1⁄2 cup flour
1⁄2 cup milk
2 eggs
  vanilla
1 pinch salt
  butter (or oil to grease pie plate)

Notes: 

Possible toppings
fresh fruit
maple or karo syrup
brown sugar/cinnamon

Instructions: 

Heat oven to 450 F (230 C). Butter pyrex or corningwear baking/pie dish and warm in the oven. Beat ingredients until light and airy- pour into dish and bake for 10-15 minutes. Yields 1 pancake.
