This glaze is perfect with steak, ribs, chicken, pork or fish! The flavour made famous by a popular restaurant chain, so good, you could almost drink it.
| 1 | Tablespoon | onion powder |
| 1 | Tablespoon | garlic powder |
| 1 | Tablespoon | hot pepper sauce |
| 1 | Cup | pineapple juice |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | whiskey (your choice) |
| 2 | Cup | brown sugar (packed) |
| 2 | beef bullion cubes | |
| 4 | Tablespoon | worcestershire sauce |
1. In a medium saucepan, place onion powder, garlic powder, hot pepper sauce, pineapple juice, whiskey, brown sugar, beef bouillon & worcestershire sauce. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and pour over grilled meats as desired.
