This glaze is perfect with steak, ribs, chicken, pork or fish! The flavour made famous by a popular restaurant chain, so good, you could almost drink it.
|1||Tablespoon||hot pepper sauce|
|1⁄2||Cup||whiskey (your choice)|
|2||Cup||brown sugar (packed)|
|2||beef bullion cubes|
1. In a medium saucepan, place onion powder, garlic powder, hot pepper sauce, pineapple juice, whiskey, brown sugar, beef bouillon & worcestershire sauce. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and pour over grilled meats as desired.
