This is a US recipe, but easily converted, and an amazing cheesecake! I make it all the time and serve with strawberries on top.
This is a good recipe for when you've got extra veggies to cook up and no idea where to put them. It is slightly higher carb due to the tomatoes, but unless you are on strict induction (or hate tomatoes!) it is still low carb and has never halted my weight loss.
