Description:
This is a US recipe, but conversions are easy since measurements don't really need to be exact.
Preparation time:
1 hour, 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1 can green beans (french cut, well drained)
1⁄2 onion (medium, yellow, sliced thin and separated into rings)
 2 celery (stalks)
 2 tablespoons butter
 1⁄2 cup double cream
 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cheddar (shredded, or other assorted such as mozarella and cheddar)
 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic (powder)
Instructions:
Brown chicken in skillet until almost done (apply seasonings as you like). Place chicken into the bottom of casserole dish and put green beans on top. Saute onions & celery in butter in the same skillet used for the chicken, until soft. Meanwhile, mix the rest of the ingredients together with the sauteed onion & celery and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with parmesean. Bake for 30-40 minutes @ 350 degrees.
