How to Watch the First Presidential Debate Live in the UK (Update: Replay)

The first of the 2016 presidential election debates between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton is tonight at 2am, (9pm Eastern) for 90 minutes. If you're willing to stay up until the wee hours, you can easily watch live.
