Description

What can I saw about these except.......mmmmmmm. Rarely have any left at any gatherings and pretty easy, to boot!

Ingredients

1Cupcreme fraiche (or sour cream)
8Ouncecream cheese (soft cheese, philly)
4Ouncegreen chilies (drained)
1Cupgreen olives (chopped)
1⁄2Cupcheddar (grated)
1Teaspoononion (minced)
1Teaspoongarlic salt
12 flour tortillas
 Unknownjalapenos (chopped, to taste)
 Unknownham (chopped, optional)

Instructions

Blend crème fraiche and cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients (except for tortillas) and mix well. If tortillas are not flexible enough to roll easily, 40 seconds in the microwave (entire amount- covered in a paper towel) will warm them slightly. Spread cheese mixture on tortillas, roll up and place seam side down in a glass dish. Chill for several hours until firm. Slice into ½-inch sections and serve.
