Description: 

Iranian yoghurt and spinach dip. Very popular at parties!

Preparation time: 

15 minutes

Ingredients: 

1 yogurt (greek style unflavoured)
1 package spinach leaves (cooked, cooled, finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)

Instructions: 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and chill in the fridge for at least an hour. Serve with Iranian naan or other flat breads or toasted pita.
