Mexican Rollups




What can I saw about these except.......mmmmmmm. Rarely have any left at any gatherings and pretty easy, to boot!

Preparation time: 

30 minutes


1 cup creme fraiche (or sour cream)
8 ounces cream cheese (soft cheese, philly)
4 ounces green chilies (drained)
1 cup green olives (chopped)
1⁄2 cup cheddar (grated)
1 teaspoon onion (minced)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
12 flour tortillas
  jalapenos (chopped, to taste)
  ham (chopped, optional)


Blend crème fraiche and cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients (except for tortillas) and mix well. If tortillas are not flexible enough to roll easily, 40 seconds in the microwave (entire amount- covered in a paper towel) will warm them slightly. Spread cheese mixture on tortillas, roll up and place seam side down in a glass dish. Chill for several hours until firm. Slice into ½-inch sections and serve.
